occasional larger amounts may require sending and for such
legitimate purpose we recommend to setup your mail app with:
» gentle / non-aggressive sending
» connection recycling
» delay / pause per x mail(s)
» keep-alive
» no concurrent connections / parallel sending
» no cold email / bounces / spam / illegal mail
» only legal email with COI / DOI proof on file or legitimate interest or existing relationships or requested communications
