Contrary to popular belief, email is not a simple matter.
It is one of the most complicated apps, as very many parts have to work together.
As such it is no wonder that it is also one of the most abused apps in existence.
To illustrate, just fathom the fact that spam counts for about half the emails sent daily, across the web, that is (~47 billions of emails).
To prevent from spam, various security measures are being put in place, e.g.
spam filters, blacklists, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.
Before you can expect your email to work, please ensure you have:
» assigned the correct NS to your domain name
» checked the propagation of the NS (e.g. with gdnspc.com)
» assigned ALL certificates of the domain name as you can find them under SSL management in the control panel (see e.g. the ACME/LetsEncrypt tab and select ALL certs)
You can then
» send yourself a test email to/from your e.g. Gmail account and examine the headers
» use an email tester, e.g. mxToolBox.com
Only after you have done the above and have collected screenshots of all relevant parts, only then you should consider contacting your web developer for help.
And only after your web developer has given up, only then you may contact us for support, if you can provide evidence of the above mentioned relevant parts, as we will request them as basis for detailed support as follows:
In order to go into further detail,
please send us a set of test emails for each domain where you believe issues might exist:
» sent from Gmail received by the domain with issues
» sent by the domain with issues received by Gmail
i.e. for each attach the full .EML file as received or the bounced/error message.
Thank you for your cooperation.
