or (lifetime) plan by contacting us via the ticket system.
The time stamp of the ticket submission counts when regarding the deadline.

we do not see email replies, only replies in the ticket system are seen and count.
When your plan (promo code) expires, then normal contract prices apply.
If you renew or cancel before the deadline, no charges accrue and no invoice is due.
If you renew or cancel after the deadline, charges accrue and invoice(s) are due.
This has always been so (for our deals) and is mostly standard everywhere.
The renewal itself is free.
This is similar to free or paid products that require renewal
which is environmentally friendly and resource conscious as well as
cognizant of various legalities where lifetime is defined differently.
However, differently from most providers, we allow resurrection
if clients fail to renew. Compare that to unused/expired phone numbers
or expired discounts/promo codes that cannot be reactivated/renewed.
We allow renewal even after the deadline!
It is not difficult to see that this is way better.
We have renewed so far for everyone, even for abusive clients,
just so you know our unfailing commitment.
