The marketing partner normally provides redemption instructions to follow please.
The sales page at the marketing partner normally states e.g.
» Acceptance of terms is required
» Plan auto-terminates after 5 years, to renew just contact support
When clients redeem (see redemption instructions)
they put the monthly billed product into their cart
(e.g. shared hosting package at $14.95/month)
then they apply the promo code they bought from a marketing partner
(e.g. lifetime plan code with initial 5 years at -$14.95/month)
which brings the total monthly invoice to $0.00
then clients fill out registration and accept our terms & conditions
upon which they check out and receive their product/service.
From the above you can see clients have entered into a contract for our
monthly billed product and gained their lifetime plan (via promo code)
which allows them to use their lifetime plan (and renew to keep it).
We have also so far always allowed redemption anytime,
not just within the stated 30 days after purchase of code.
