CloudFlare allows proxying of DNS records / IP addresses.
Any mail related DNS records
need to be directly accessible with the host IP
so that the SSL certs can be assigned correctly
by the automated shared host SSL mechanisms.
If you wish to use your own SSL certs,
then this would be out of our purview.
