The recommended settings are stated in the FTP section of the
welcome email which we have copied for you underneath. They work for
most ISPs and FTP clients, but sometimes you need to adjust the
ports/protocols as needed.
The FTP settings are also displayed when you create an FTP account
in the Control Panel.
FTP/SSH of course only works after you have our NS assigned, propagated,
and then all necessary SSL certs attached to the domain you wish to
use FTP/SSH with.
Beyond this, we would recommend to use WinSCP via SSH
using control panel access details and keep alive function.
